NEES Centrifuge Research & Training 2006
A highlight of the EOT activities aimed at researchers is the annual NEES Centrifuge Research & Training Workshop organized jointly by the NEES@RPI and NEES@UCDavis. The training locations alternate between the RPI facility and the UC Davis facility.
In FY07, the NEES 3rd Annual Centrifuge Research and Training Workshop was held at the NEES@UCDavis facility on November 6-9, 2006. Approximately thirty researchers attended the workshop, organized by the RPI and UC Davis centrifuge centers.
The highlights of the workshop were hands-on centrifuge experimental experiences, including: model preparation and construction, sensor calibrations and instrumentations, data processing and archiving, and conducting a robot experiment at high g .

The NEES 2nd Centrifuge Research & Training Workshop was held at the NEES@RPI facility on November 14-17, 2005. Approximatly 30 researchers attended the workshop organized by the RPI and UCDavis centrifuge centers, some coming from as far away as Korea and Japan. The focus of the workshop was on hands-on centrifuge experimental experiences, including: model preperation and construction, sensor calibrations and instrumentations, data processing and archiving; and conducting a robot experiment at high g .
